Drink For Change has finished so now it's time to put water conservation into action within your cafe.
Take Action! Water saving actions for your business.
The following programs are free to join and provide an ongoing path towards water conservation and resource efficiency within your business:
Grow Me The Money is run by the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) and the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) Victoria.
It is a free program for Victorian small to medium sized businesses interested in environmental sustainability. Delivered online, the program provides businesses with a step by step guide to help reduce business resource consumption – make savings on energy and water, reducing waste, as well as saving your business money. Participants also have access to a Sustainability helpdesk (8am - 6pm Mon-Fri) where they can get advice from Sustainability experts.
Grow Me The Money participants are achieving significant resource and financial savings. For example six Gold and Platinum Club participants have collectively saved 13,000L of water and 1.1 million black balloons. They are also receiving the support, recognition and celebration they deserve for starting and continuing on their own paths to sustainability.
